uLead2023 - The Summit of Educational Leadership has ended
Welcome to uLead 2023.  We are thrilled you will be joining us at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel for our annual school leadership conference hosted by the Council for School Leadership of The Alberta Teachers’ Association.

If you have any questions during the event, we will have uLead team members at the registration table throughout the entire three days of the conference. This table can be found just outside of the Van Horne Ballroom where all of our keynote presentations are taking place.

For best use of this virtual scheduler and the most up to date information, we would recommend that you view it through a web browser rather than the Sched App.

In order for our team to best determine room allocations for breakout sessions would ask that delegates log in (top right corner of this page) and select sessions that they are interested in attending.

Anti-Racism: Learning to Unlearn

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
What is anti-racism? What does it mean to have an anti-racist school? How can you become an anti-racist educator? Join us as we explore diversity, inclusion, bias, and privilege to answer these questions. Learning how to be anti-racist educators and leaders involves unlearning, critical reflection, and uncomfortable conversations. We will provide real-life strategies to lead this necessary work in your school community and take you from the fear zone of anti-racism education to the learning and growth zones.
